"Tova Mozard" by Carolyn Christov-Barkagievs

Tova Mozard has an acute filmic sensibility and melancholic vision. She creates suggestive photographs and videos that explore the reality left after the illusion, a universe where fiction has already left the stage. She is drawn towards the extras of films, the props and the presence of a past when spectacle and entertainment were at their birth.
